Samsonite Luggage– We’re big fans of this set. It’s lightweight, easy to move around, and keeps our belongings secure. We mainly use the larger and smaller suitcases, along with backpacks. If it doesn’t fit these bags, we don’t bring it.
Packing cubes– I’ve tried various packing cubes, but this one has been my favorite by far. Some of them are too thin, causing the zipper to get stuck and not flattening well. However, this one is thick and sturdy. I have a different-colored one for each family member, which makes it easy to identify where their clothes are.
Portable Air Pump– When we go to a pool or beach now, we can bring inflatables. It works really well and easy to use.
Headphones– My kids are not ready for wireless even though it is more convenient. They tend to lose things.
Headphone splitter– To use in case the in-flight TV isn’t working and your kids have to share a screen.
International Power Plug Adapter– All in one so we don’t have to carry little individual ones.
Portable phone charger– You must have this especially if you want to keep taking photos or need google maps. It has saved us many times.
Handheld mini fan– We tried to find this while we were in Greece during their heatwave but couldn’t locate one. Highly recommended for each child if you’re visiting a hot place.
Disposable Toilet Covers– Essential for my daughter’s restroom trips. Stickers keep them in place, ensuring a clean seat.
Bulk disposable House Slippers– These closed-toe disposable spa slippers are a game changer. Perfect for hotel floors, and you can toss them after.
Foldable water bottle– Shrinks as you finish, perfect for protein powder or other drinks. Easy to wash and dishwasher safe.
Travel toothbrush– Individual colored brushes with airflow even when closed, keeping them fresh. Unique color for each of the member of the family.
Travel pill organizer– Not only do we bring medication for our kids but we make sure we bring it for ourselves. Putting it in here helps us to remember which ones to bring including our daily vitamins.
Motion sickness patch– My son and I experience severe motion sickness, even on long flights. We used to take pills, but they would leave us feeling drowsy and dehydrated. Now we use this patch behind our ear and we no longer suffer from motion sickness. We got to enjoy a boat tour in Greece because of this.
Seaband anti nausea– We also use these bands along with the patch. When we used it alone it doesn’t work well.
Clorox travel wipes– I always pack one in my purse and one in my luggage. I wipe down the plane seats and around it and when we get to the hotel the remote control.
Anti-bacterial wipes– I don’ go anywhere without these individual wipes. It’s the best when hands feel grimy after a long day.
Travel bottles– I actually don’t buy these but I order meal service and they put their sauces in these containers. I save them and put conditioners and body wash especially if we go to stay at an Airbnb or less equipped hotels. There can never be enough conditioner or body wash.
Baby wipes– We always bring baby wipes for the kids especially to use after they go to the bathroom.
Children’s Chewable Motrin– A travel essential for sick kids who dislike syrups, especially handy abroad where chewable medications aren’t available.
Children’s Chewable Zyrtec– For those sniffles during travel. We had to bring home large liquid bottles from Europe twice since they don’t carry chewable versions.
Travel protein powder– Great for workouts, especially in foreign countries where finding the right flavor can be challenging.
Calves Compression Sleeves– My legs swell up in long flights that sometimes I can barely work after. I used many brands but I think this one works the best. It does leave a mark after a long ride but goes away.
